- Altitude: from 400 to 800 meters above sea level
- Precipitation: 2.000 mm
- Temperature: from 20 to 22 Celsius (°C) annual average
- Planted area: from 200 to 250 Hectares
- Recollection period: from November to February
- Tobacco variety: Dominican and Cuban seeds
- Shade: sunny
- Harvesting: collected and stored in special barns to be cured
- Dry system: is properly done in special barns to get dry
